更新后台服务的通知进度

我正在尝试更新后台服务处理的ftp上传过程中的通知进度,我直接尝试从服务中使用ResultReceiver但是在上传开始时,通知菜单被冻结,直到上传完成我怎么能这样做?

我解决了添加间隔为1000毫秒的检查的问题,如果这些已经消失,则UploadReceiver可以更新通知,这样它似乎可以正常工作而不会冻结。它也可以使用较低的间隔为500毫秒。

伙计们,我的情况是渲染了很多次进度,但是我只想进度100倍,所以这段代码解决了我的问题。
