找到完全匹配的单词

Question

我想在我的项目中搜索“群组”。

然而，当我使用搜索对话框时，我可以看到所有“组”结果，还可以看到“组”，“分组”和“石斑鱼”。

我不想看到最后三个，只有匹配到“组”。

有没有办法在PyCharm 2017.1中做到这一点？

我已尝试过引号和匹配案例框。我没有做过我所追求的事情。
