Group id is saved to tsetupfee field, so you can use this SQL statement (for group id = 2):

SELECT * FROM tblpricing 
WHERE `tsetupfee` = 2 
AND `type`='domainregister' 
AND `currency`='1' 
AND `relid` = '1'
