是的,这是设计的。观察到的行为的原因是因为有问题的事件在加载包之前触发。您可以通过观察事件触发,关闭解决方案然后重新打开它(在加载包之后)来进行测试。在第二天,你会看到事件发生。
您的示例使用SolutionHasMultipleProjects上下文guid,这可确保只有在解决方案包含多个项目时才会加载您的包。 IDE确定的唯一方法是首先加载解决方案,然后设置UI上下文。所以基本上,你设置事件处理程序只是为时已晚。
如果您想确保收到该特定通知,可以注册您的包以使用NoSolution_string和SolutionExists_string加载。但这有点邪恶,因为这会强制你的包装总是加载(即使不需要),这是一个不太理想的解决方案。
使用SolutionExistsAndFullyLoadedContext可能是更好的方法。最初加载包时,您将知道已满足条件,并且可以在从包的Initialize重写返回之前运行处理程序代码。并且将在后续解决方案加载时调用原始的IVsSolutionEvents处理程序。
