slugify package you installed不是为python 3构建的，它目前只支持python 2.并且它不太可能会更新。最简单的方法之一就是在整个源代码中，它使用了python 2中不存在的python 2关键字unicode。

pip install slugify

这是一个过时的包，而不是你链接的包。

要安装你链接的slugify包https://pypi.python.org/pypi/python-slugify，安装它时称为python-slugify，它支持所有最新的python版本。并有更多的功能。

pip install python-slugify

并以与其他包相同的方式导入：

from slugify import slugify
