鉴于您使用的是standaloneSetup，您没有加载ApplicationContext，因此不存在UserDetailsService bean。如果您还没有看过http://docs.spring.io/spring-security/site/docs/current/reference/html/test-mockmvc.html#test-mockmvc-securitycontextholder-rpp。您可能还有兴趣切换到MockMvcBuilders.webAppContextSetup
