信息量很大，但远程调试总是困难的，有几个提示：

删除了小提示（我可以看到你正在使用它）

在你的ajax帖子中：

    success: function(result) {
        $("#input").html(result);
    },

您应该使用 result.d 来获取邮件内容。

    success: function(result) {
        $("#input").html(result.d);
    },

在调试消息中，insert_by字段为空，从它看起来不像null的片段是可接受的（作为String？而不是String）。
