如您所知，电路已打开，sleepWindowInMillisec‌​onds (default 5000ms)期间的所有请求都将被拒绝。在sleepWindowInMillisec‌时间之后，您的电路变为半开状态，它允许只有SINGLE请求流到您的后端服务器。如果失败，您的电路将再次打开，所有后续请求将在下一个sleepWindowInMillisec‌时间内被拒绝。如果到达半开状态的请求成功，则电路将变为闭合状态。

如果您的电路始终打开，则表示处于半开状态的请求再次失败。您可以使用异常消息检查情况。

如果hystrix.command.default.fallback.enabled = true，断路器可以在指定时间后关闭，否则不能正常关闭
