使用WebappRunner时，Tomcat停留在“Starting ProtocolHandler”

我有一个Spring Boot项目，我试图使用WebappRunner和Tomcat运行。当我运行它时，它会挂起“Starting ProtocolHandler”。

不需要使用带有Spring Boot的Webapp Runner，因为它包含一个嵌入式Tomcat服务器。

此外，需要以Heroku可以动态设置它的方式为Tomcat指定端口。

所以Procfile应该是这样的：

web: java $JAVA_OPTS -Dserver.port=$PORT -jar target/*.jar
