测试流程通过Google客户端API（NodeJS）获取新的访问令牌列出LiveBroadcasts，成功获得结果插入单个LiveBroadcasts，成功插入再次插入单个LiveBroadcast，成功插入使用多个插入5个LiveBroadcast，获取错误

问题：我有验证访问令牌并且可以成功执行List LiveBroadcasts，但为什么在插入LiveBroadcasts时出错？我已经检查了API配额，这已经足够了我检查过client_secret，这是正确的我检查了访问令牌，它是验证 YouTube直播API是否有新的限制或约束？

插入直播有时会有403＆＃34;请求未被授权＆＃34;错误
