我有整个沙箱环境设置。我检查了IPN历史记录，所有IPN的的交付状态为“已发送”，HTTP响应为200 。但是，我的数据库未更新。我尝试将MySQL更新查询放在“已完成”检查之外，但这在我的数据库中也没有做任何事情。

在您的数据库列中保存PayPal事务ID，并尝试使用您保存的事务ID使用您的数据库进行更新。 Cookie - 会话在使用IPN操作时不可取。
