以上是我的java网络应用程序地址及其用户名＆amp;密码。我的问题是，为什么每次加载页面时它都会闪烁？

以下是登录页面的代码。其他页面大致相同，仅在主体内容上略有不同。代码有问题吗？还是CSS？或者是因为我正在使用的java web hoster（mochahost）？对于所有java / spring / html / web主人，请告诉我这是什么问题？
