服务正在多个实例中运行

我创建了一个后台服务,即使应用程序被终止也可以使用。在服务中,我从传感器获取数据。但似乎我的服务在一秒钟内多次返回传感器值,导致我的应用程序被绞死。

我希望我的服务能够在一秒内返回传感器数据,这样我就可以将数据存储在db中。有人能告诉我如何每秒获取传感器数据而不是一秒钟的倍数。
