好像你编译时没有CUDA支持。对于R和Linux,需要以下构建命令:
make -j $(nproc) USE_OPENCV=1 USE_BLAS=openblas USE_CUDA=1 USE_CUDA_PATH=/usr/local/cuda USE_CUDNN=1
请注意,也存在对openblas的依赖。
