我问，因为我将Gradle从3.5升级到4.3后出现了同样的错误。相同的Hibernate版本（5.2.9），相同的Spring Boot（1.5.8），但在Gradle 3.5中。 - 好的，4.3失败了。

我已经测试过，最新版本的工作正常对我来说是3.5.1。我测试了从4.0到4.4-rc-6的版本（此时最新版本）。

如果从gradle 3.x升级到4.x时遇到此错误，则与传递Hi​​bernate依赖项的解析方式有关。我发现hibernate-entitymanager现在已包含在我的依赖项中。

运行gradle dependencyInsight --dependency hibernate以查看您的休眠依赖关系。如果您的项目中有现已弃用的hibernate-entitymanager，请排除它。
