从终端包运行R代码时将无法正确加载

我目前正在研究使用YAML包创建配置文件的R代码。我需要像任何其他代码一样导入和使用某些软件包,但出于某种原因,当我尝试在我的服务器上运行该程序时,它无法正常工作。我有4个我需要的软件包但是我继续使用lubridate运行代码以保持输出简短。如果我可以加载lubridate,我相信我也可以加载其他的。

所以我只使用install.packages()和库运行它....这就是我得到的错误:P.S。我没有足够的声誉来发布2个以上的链接,所以我继续做了https htps,所以我仍然可以发布整个事情......
