如何根据值选择多个选择？

我有一个HTML

<select name="availableon[]" class="form-control" multiple>
     <option value="pc">PC</option>
     <option value="iphone">iPhone</option>
     <option value="android">Android</option>
 </select>

在我的AJAX成功函数中，我有值

availableon = 'pc,iphone'

现在我要爆炸availableon变量并使用javascript或jquery选择基于值的多重选择。我该怎么做？
