my_math/__init__.py和tests/__init__.py为空。

我在没有任何故障的情况下运行python3 setup.py build_ext --inplace。

我可以直接调用函数call_log2：

但不是tox：

global-include *.txt *.rst *.pyx *.pxd *.c *.h

setup.py：

'': ['data/*', '*.pyx', '*.pxd', '*.c', '*.h']

MANIFEST.in和setup.py必须涵盖支持bdist和sdist的所有文件模式。
