ASP.NET Identity Role已经退出

我有一个自定义的RoleValidator,每次都会评估为Success。但是,SaveChangesAsync失败,其中:Role已存在。

我更改了AspNetRoles RoleNameIndex以容纳Name和OwnerId但是,SaveChangesAsync仍然失败。
