for循环在某些设备中不起作用

我写了这段代码，它不断显示可用的wifi接入点及其信号强度.... for循环在代码中追加扫描结果stringBuffer正在一些Android手机正常工作，但在一些手机如nexus 5它跳过“for循环”代码部分....如果任何人可以帮助我，我会非常不胜感激。 在此先感谢
