似乎您要存储模型的文件夹不存在(可能会检查您当前的工作目录是什么)。为了避免这些问题,我会使用绝对路径,在保存之前执行以下操作:

save_path = ...
if not os.path.exists(save_path):
    os.makedirs(save_path)
...
saver = tf.train.Saver()
with tf.Session() as sess:
    ...
    saved_path = saver.save(sess, os.path.join(save_path, 'my_model')
    print("The model is in this file: ", saved_path)
