通过APP关闭接收推送通知（iOS）

Hello Xamarin开发人员，

即使APP关闭，我们正在开发一个应该接收推送通知的APP。

我在APP处于打开状态或后台时收到通知，但重新启动设备后却未收到通知。

注意：

我阅读了网页https://developer.apple.com/reference/uikit/uiapplicationdelegate

的内容

我在Info.plist中添加了：UIBackgroundModes / remote-notification

覆盖了方法：RegisteredForRemoteNotifications，ReceivedRemoteNotification和DidReceiveRemoteNotification

任何提示？我可以在重启设备后实际收到通知吗？我需要创建一些服务来注册设备（在Android中是创建服务所必需的，在Windows-UWP中没有）？
