（413）请求实体太大，后端服务上有多个绑定

Question

我将图像数据从前端网站传递到图像大小为10MB的后端WCF服务。当我在后端服务配置上仅使用一个基本的http绑定时，我已成功将图像数据（以字节为单位）传递给后端WCF服务，如下所示。

但是，当我在后端WCF服务webconfig中添加第二个绑定信息时，它会抛出413实体太大的异常。 （注意：此时我在前端网站上没有任何变化）。第二个绑定如下所示：

我不明白为什么在后端WCF服务中添加第二个绑定信息后出现此错误的原因？
