Azure App Service虚拟网络集成在更多区域

我在Azure中遇到Virtual Networks / App Service的问题。 关注我的应用资源（两个不同地区的两个小组）：

1）资源组1 - 日本东部

1.1) a Virtual Network  
1.2) a Virtual Network Gateway  
1.3) a Web App Service with Virtual Network integration on 1.2  
1.4) a Virtual Machine with Linux with a Network interface on the Virtual   Network  

2）资源组2 - 西欧

2.1) a Virtual Network  
2.2) a Virtual Network Gateway  
2.3) a Web App Service with Virtual Network integration on 2.2  
2.4) a Virtual Machine with Linux with a Network interface on the Virtual Network  

3）连接Vpn-to-Vpn双向形式1.2到2.2

两个虚拟机 1.4 e 2.4 能够进行通信。例如，我可以从 1.4 到 2.4 启动SSH连接，反之亦然。
问题是从 1.3 到 2.4 的通信不起作用（＆＃39;连接超时错误＆＃39;）：我已经部署了一个NodeJs应用程序尝试向Linux VM服务器 2.4 中部署的服务发出请求的 1.3 。应用程序逻辑是正确的，因为 1.3 和 1.4 之间的通信测试正常。
