nginx 403权限被拒绝

Question

我正在尝试在OSX上使用nginx设置HLS服务器。以下conf文件给了我403 Permission Denied有人可以告诉我为什么会这样吗？我尝试使用chmod更改文件夹的权限。这也没有帮助。
