这个错误可能是由使用繁忙的端口引起的。如果您使用的是ubuntu,则可以lsof -i:portnumber检查端口的状态。运行命令后,您将拥有一个PID。 您可以按kill -9 pid释放端口。

Windows和Mac有类似的命令。
