I have added "**CarouselView.FormsPlugin.Abstractions.dll**" file to WindowsPhone platform in VisualStudio.

在Android和IOS中，我还从Nuget Package Manager下载了Carousel。 Carousel正在这里工作。

但是，对于Windows，我也做了同样的事情。这里没有显示Carousel。
