在Windows中，如果正在使用.ini文件，则在使用普通编辑器时，不会使用新值更新。

您可以使用和编辑launche

覆盖此打开.ini

 as administrator 

（右键单击图标并以管理员身份运行）

并记住你可以改变mysql env也访问变量

show variables like "max_connections";

set global max_connections = 200;
