CSS Hover：Hover文本在Chrome中不起作用（在safari中工作）

Question

悬停操作在我的本地文件中使用chrome，但是当我在线上传CSS时，Chrome中的悬停停止工作。但它适用于Safari。我已经找到了有类似问题的人的建议，但是所有“修复”都与我的不一致。
