更改urls.py：

if settings.DEBUG is True:
    urlpatterns += static(settings.STATIC_URL, document_root=settings.STATIC_ROOT)

或删除网址中的静态服务代码，因为whitenose正在提供静态文件，您不需要在heroku中提供来自django的静态文件。
