Jupyter笔记本无法在浏览器中打开

我正在使用Jupyter Notebook版本：4.3.1 我创建了一个新环境，并在其中安装了jupyter笔记本，在使用命令jupyter notebook启动笔记本后，我得到以下输出，并且在尝试打开时，浏览器中的链接提供以下输出。
