def makeSurface(self):
    tiledSurface = pygame.Surface((self.mapWidth, self.mapWidth))
    self.render(tiledSurface)
    return tiledSurface

注意我改变了上面第二行的大小写。 pygame.Surface是你要找的类,pygame.surface不是一个类。
