问题来自test环境部分中的这一行：
<%= Rails.application.secrets[:database][:password] %>
当Rails启动时，它会加载config/database.yml并在ERB之前使用YAML.load gem解析整个文件。因此，无论您运行的是哪种环境，都将执行每个erb代码。当ERB解析器到达上面一行时，它会尝试从中读取:password的值
Rails.application.secrets[:database]。如果相应的环境键下没有:database部分，则Rails.application.secrets[:database]变为nil，并且在其上调用[:password]会出现错误
