想出来。 python构建脚本在/usr/include中查找openssl头文件。由于我安装了自己的本地版本的openssl，这些头文件是错误的。

因此，我将CFLAGS设置为-i/location/correct/openssl/header/files并执行make distclean并配置，构建并运行。

我在OSX上的vim中使用YouCompleteMe时发现这是一系列错误中的第一个。这是在使用迁移助手从一台Mac迁移到另一台Mac之后，所以我没有进行全新安装。在我的情况下，这是因为Anaconda python发行版混乱了Homebrew。

正如brew doctor警告我的那样，Anaconda会给Homebrew造成问题。所以我删除了包含anaconda的路径部分，然后运行：

brew uninstall macvim
brew install macvim
brew linkapps

Homebrew抱怨brew linkapps不是一个好的命令，但它对我来说都是一样的，我的vim错误也消失了。
