问题似乎与spring-web.jar有关 - 它如何得到解决。它正在被解析为spring-webflow-2.4.4-Release.jar的传递依赖。 (请参阅附件的左侧。)

已解决的依赖关系是spring-web:4.3.0.Release(图像的右侧)。并且此jar不包含您将获得异常的类。您可以从here下载jar并查看它。
