关键是，为什么我可以从REST客户端获取它并且Ion说响应不可缓存？这是什么意思？

Ion会自动缓存所有GET个请求。正如我所见，您的服务器发送标头Cache-Control: no-cache，意味着不允许缓存此请求。您可以在服务器上更改缓存策略，或将.noCache()添加到您的请求中。

    Ion.getDefault(getApplicationContext()).configure().getResponseCache().setCaching(false);
