在对scale_y_continuous()的函数调用中,删除参数

                       limits = c(2.4, 2.7), 
                       breaks = seq(2.4, 2.7, 
                                    by = 0.1)) 

因为y轴的真实极限在0.9和1之间,并且您将它们设置在2.4和2.7之间的范围内。我不知道你是否需要费率或日志(费率)。
