上找到使用ionic serve应用时效果很好，并且能够使用适当的代理设置通过HTTPS与远程和Google Maps API服务器进行通信。在物理设备上运行时，对外部服务的任何请求都会导致net :: ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED。使用ionic run android -l --device有些成功，但在建立套接字连接时仍会导致错误。
