您的Python / PyQt5安装太旧了。您需要升级到Python-3.5和PyQt-5.7才能使用PyQtChart-5.7。

official PyQtChart download site目前没有旧版本，网络搜索在网络上找不到任何旧版软件包。所以它是PyQtChart-5.7或者没有。
