正如您在链接到的问题中所看到的那样,FuncAnimation需要一个方法作为其第二个参数。但是,在您的通话中,您提供的是None(因为self.animate_loop()评估为None)。将其更改为

self.anim = animation.FuncAnimation(fig, self.animate_loop, interval=optimal_frequency)

其次,从链接问题中也可以看出,self.animate_loop需要进行论证,所以可能需要将其更改为

def animate_loop(self,i):

虽然图形用户界面很慢,但是窗口不能轻易移动或调整大小,按钮很难按下。出于这个原因,我建议丢弃matplotlib进行串行绘图,并使用PyQtGraoh代替。以下代码使用PyQtGraph / PyQt4而不是Matplotlib / PyQt5执行相同的操作。代码如下:
