From chalk documentation，您必须在bin/setup之前运行bundle exec jekyll serve。

我遇到了上面列出的相同问题。我意识到你不能将它附加到现有的Jekyll构建中，而是需要从头开始一个新的Jekyll项目。这是由于更改箱/设置对环境的影响。如果你开始一个新项目，你应该没有问题。
