使用WordPress导入和导出工具（在wp-admin的工具菜单下）。听起来您正在尝试导入具有相同ID的两行。如果您尝试两次导入相同的帖子，或者导入已经在其中具有相同ID的帖子的现有表格，则可能会发生这种情况。
