我想安装一个依赖于pyrfr
的自动sklearn包。
安装命令为curl https://raw.githubusercontent.com/automl/auto-sklearn/master/requirements.txt | xargs -n 1 -L 1 pip install
。
我的环境:ubuntu 12.04,python3.5-dev(在virtualenv中)安装了gcc 4.8和g ++ 4.8。
我通过以下方式安装gcc和g ++:
sudo apt-get install python-software-properties
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ubuntu-toolchain-r/test
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install gcc-4.8
sudo update-alternatives --install /usr/bin/gcc gcc /usr/bin/gcc-4.8 50
正确设置了Defaut gcc:

我认为关键问题是python3.5没有链接到gcc-4.8(即使系统默认python2.7也没有),但google没什么帮助。

最终我找到了解决方案..发现x86_64-linux-gnu-gcc
是一个命令,虽然它看起来不像命令......
似乎ubuntu 12上的python不会使用/usr/bin/x86_64-linux-gnu-gcc
(链接到/usr/bin/gcc-4.6
)而不是/usr/bin/gcc

rm x86_64-linux-gnu-gcc
ln -sf gcc-4.8 x86_64-linux-gnu-gcc
