从beta2开始，OpenIddict不再附带专用的DbContext，你可以将其子类化，因为这种模式 - 继承自ASP.NET核心身份 - 被证明是相当不切实际的。

相反，现在鼓励您直接从IdentityDbContext继承并通过从options.UseOpenIddict()调用ConfigureServices来注册OpenIddict所需的实体集：
