函数：FirstUp使用在％var：* x =％语法中搜索辅助字符串中第一个字符的技巧。

这会在第一次出现之前删除所有字符（因此我将所有字符加倍）所以，首先你得到“vox”，“VWWXXYYZZ”这个词，然后我只需要第一个字符％％来获取首都，并在第一个字符之后不附加原始字符串的其余部分。
