调试任何struts或其他jsp'ish框架的最佳方法是查看渲染输出。

在浏览器中查看HTML。

可能是bit with仍在输出中，这意味着它不会被解析。您的页面是否具有正确的扩展名（* .jsp而不是* .html是典型的扩展名）

如果HTMl符合您的预期，请确保您拥有应用程序所需的正确样式表
