无法在ubuntu中的localhost中打开jupyter笔记本

我安装了jupyter笔记本并运行了命令

$jupyter notebook

并发出如下消息

Created new window in existing browser session.

但是当我转到localhost:2323

时

我收到错误消息，说明......

503 Service Unavailable

Failed to connect to server localhost

如何解决此问题并使我的jupyter笔记本运行？

我今天遇到了同样的问题，我意识到这是导致问题的代理设置。清除浏览器的代理设置，然后重试。
