打开跟踪文件时出错：权限被拒绝（13）

我将项目从Eclipse导入Android Studio V2.2.2。但是当Gradle构建完成后，我在Logcat中出现了这个错误，并在模拟器上显示了一个白色屏幕5-10秒。我有所有可用的解决方案，但到目前为止我还没有找到解决这个问题的方法。我提前为可怜的英语道歉。
