我已经在其他模板上进行了测试，并且每件事都可以正常工作，但是在我需要工作的地方我在控制台中出错了
未捕获的TypeError：$（...）。scrollPagination不是函数
我可以做些什么来解决这个问题......我不知道为什么这里没有工作，而其他测试模板也有效。
