是的,这完全有可能。您只需从命令行而不是XCode或您选择的IDE执行所有操作。对于iOS,请查看react-native bundle命令以创建JS包,使用xcodebuildxcrun来编译本机代码。在Android中,它更容易一些,因为你有gradle assembleRelease任务。在此之前,您必须运行npm install来获取所有依赖项,但这应该是粗略的。

对于iOS开发,遗憾的是没有办法,你需要一台OS X机器。
